Women's Volleyball

Coach Jen Nerison enters her fifth season as head coach of the Yellowjackets in 2025, bringing over two decades of coaching experience to the program. Since beginning her coaching career in 2000, Coach Nerison has made a lasting impact at multiple levels of the game.

 

Most recently, she has contributed to the Southern Minnesota Volleyball (SMV) program, coaching in the 16U, 17U, and 18U divisions. Her high school coaching experience includes eight years as the head coach at Kenyon-Wanamingo and nine years serving in various coaching roles at Cannon Falls High School.

 

Under her leadership, RCTC has consistently remained a top contender in the conference, finishing in the top four each of her first five seasons. The Yellowjackets have reached the Region XIII Tournament championship match three times, and in 2024, her team earned a bid to the NJCAA National Tournament, finishing 10th in the nation. For her efforts, Coach Nerison was named Region 13B Coach of the Year.

 

In addition to her coaching duties, Coach Nerison is a dedicated special education teacher within the Goodhue County Education District in Red Wing, Minnesota.
