Matt Frost is from New York Mills, MN. Matt wrestled for RCTC’s NJCAA Non-Scholarship National Championship and NWCA National Dual Runner-up team in 2020. As a freshman, Matt earned a 10-15 record, with seven bonus point wins. Matt recorded a tech-fall and two pins at for RCTC at the MCAC Dual Championships. Matt wrestled for New York Mills High School, where he was a team captain, three-time All-Conference, and a two-time MN Class A state tournament qualifier. Matt was also a two-time MN/USA Wrestling national team member. Matt enjoys strength training, hanging out with friends, and burgers. His family includes Danny and Sam Frost. Matt chose RCTC for the opportunity to experience new things.
