Kaitlyn is a 2012 graduate of Northfield High School, where she was a standout athlete as the starting pitcher and shortstop. Over her four-year varsity career, she earned numerous accolades, including:

Kaitlyn began her coaching career in 2012, working with Northfield youth through in-house and summer recreational teams. She has provided private instruction in pitching, hitting, and fielding, and played a key role in organizing and facilitating youth camps and clinics during her collegiate years. She has since coached competitive travel softball teams across multiple age levels, including 14U through 18U.
After her undergraduate studies, Kaitlyn pursued further education and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica, demonstrating a strong foundation in human movement and athletic performance. She currently practices as a physical therapist at ActivePT and Sports in Rochester, Minnesota.
Outside of her professional and athletic commitments, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, Sam, and their dog, Bentley. Her personal interests include being outdoors, reading, cooking, and kayaking.
