Bailey Monson grew up in Solon Springs, Wisconsin, where she was a dedicated three‑sport athlete and discovered a lifelong love for softball. The game quickly became more than a sport — it became a source of confidence, connection, and some of her most meaningful memories.
After her high school career, Bailey continued competing at the collegiate level, playing two years of softball at Rochester Community and Technical College. She recently graduated from RCTC’s Veterinary Technician Program in May 2025, balancing academic rigor with the same discipline and teamwork she learned on the field.
Softball has always held a special place in Bailey’s heart, and coaching gives her the chance to give back to the program that shaped her as both an athlete and a person. She believes deeply in the beauty of being part of a team — the shared goals, the hard work, and the friendships that last long after the final inning.
As a coach, Bailey brings energy, empathy, and a genuine love for helping athletes grow. Her mission is to create an environment where players feel supported, challenged, and inspired to become the best versions of themselves, on and off the field.
