RCTC soccer posts second straight shut-out to start the season

Ankeny, IA -

The RCTC Yellowjackets played against Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, IA and came out with 7-0 win.

The Yellowjackets were led by Mae Litschauer, who had her second hat trick of the season (3 goals).  RCTC goals were also scored by Micayla Biffert (2), Jaila Hill (1), and Kaela Cheak (1) of Rochester John Marshall.

Coach Weiss said of the victory:  “I am very happy with how we played tonight.  We were able to keep our composure in the first half when Faith Baptist was playing extremely aggressive.  In the second half we were able to move the ball around as one cohesive unit and score a few more goals.  It was a good all around second game of the season.”
